I have a friend in India who wants to call me. However I do not want to pay for that international call. My Friend told me he is willing to pay for it. How can I take his call without having to pay for it?

If he calls you, you don’t have to pay for it. I had that problem woth my friend in Cali., and I found this out. So now she calls me.
