use magicjack. i use that to call my parents in the Philippines it’s only 39.99 dollars i think and you only have to pay $29.99 EVERY YEAR only.
Basically everyone Filipino i know owns this. I’m actually borrowing mu uncle’s magic to call my parents.
Skype and Yahoo, is the cheapest because it’s practically free, if you have internet connection, of course.
