The marshall islands only but it sure works for those places.

Yes they work, but all they are doing is converting the call to IP as soon as possible, routing your call over the interent, and thereby incurring very low trunking costs from the telephone companies. You’d be better off using Skype on your PC, which allows you the same ability to call conventional phone-lines, but also free calls from PC to PC.

You sound like you´re from the UK, so I don´t know if it´s the same thing, but in the States there are 10-10 numbers, and I´ve found those to work pretty well. 10-10-123 for South America, and 10-10 987 or something like that for Europe. Cheap rates, and pretty good quality.

they did for me while i was in London about a year ago! I used to use telestunt alot!
