Via Voice over IP that replaces your landline phone. Works great if you have high speed connectivity like DSL. Look at Lingo or Vonage. Depends upon what country as to the cost of the international; both have major europe countries for free.

I found this website where all I had to do was provide my email [for them to mail the code so you can call]. You fill offers and claim your prize. Takes them 1-3 business days to email it to you. You can use internet services such as Yahoo IM or MSN or you can get a calling card such as for very cheap international calls.
