I have some friends who lives in England and I want to make calls sometime. I want to know if there are any plans for verizon users that can let me make international calls at a fix rate, or at least not costing that much. I really don’t like calling cards either.

This website can tell you how to call. Calling cards are probably the best way to call because they are cheapest and you can keep the costs in control. Verizon more than likely will charge you a fee per month but give you a discounted rate per minute.
