ha, I was gonna say skype – try those phone cards – some of those are really cheap rates.
There are these phone cards you can buy REAL cheap at alot of stores, gas stasions and whatnot. Just ask for “calling cards” and all they are is you just scratch the back off of the card and it gives you a number you have to dial from your phone and then your boyfriends phone number, it will come out to be a few cents a minute compared to the full dollars you might pay by calling without using a phone card.

phonecards thats the only thing I know of but you and your boyfriend can get a sony mylo and both of yaou can talk like that through skype but its not a cellphone it runs off of wifi
if you have skype, it is still cheaper to phone him if he is on a landline.he should get a computer ASAP
