anyone know some tricks or sites to make Pc to landline free calls. I want to do an international call. (I know some software offer free call to some countries but none offer free to Lebanon for example).

if you are asking if there is a way for you to make a free international call from your cell phone , the answer is no.
Beware of any site that says you can, because if you make the calls, and the cell company bills you, you will have to pay,
Also- prepaid international cards do not work well with cell phones, and often bill the call to the cell phone, rather than to the card. The cell provider will expect you to pay, as THEY got billed for the call- not your calling card company. There also also many companies doing this kind of fraud, so be careful what you buy and use a reputable companies calling card if you decide to use one
