to call canada and us unlimited long distance is CAD $17 a year. And it’s also cheap to call overseas, about 1-14 cents per minute, but it depeds where you’re calling. You can check the price listings for each country at
It’s a program that you download onto your computer, similar to MSN, where you can chat and see people face to face, but you can also speak to them. You have to call from your computer, but I believe they also have skype phones now.
