I’m not sure what your questions is, so I’ll guess.
You don’t get a monthly bill with prepaid calling cards.
If you’re calling someones cell phone & they have caller id, a phone number will show up on their itemized bill under “incoming calls,” but it will be a meaningless toll free number. If someone dials the # that shows up, all they’ll get is the computer server asking for the prepaid calling card #, if that.
