What is the best value call-back card for calls originate from Singapore … Im dialing to Thailand. I have checked 15150 Callback and Zone 1511. Another thing I do not understand is what is the “service charge” attached to some of it , is it a one-time per dial charge or per minute/block charge? Thanks!
