ITS called “RED” card You can get it at a corner store
better get a plan cuz is not going to last to long and cards are espensive and is not a great choice buying a card anyway if is going to be one call do it if not forget about it

Is your phone unlocked? Go to a phone store, have them put in a sim card, and then u can call U.S. or wherever you want. I like WIND, I don’t know why. The nice thing is that incoming calls are all free.
The local number using your mobile phone card pin from usa to call international from outside and is very cheap.
