My dad is moving to Nigeria and is looking for a cell phone plan that would be the cheapest for him to make calls to the U.S. What would be the best carrier?
Also, if anyone has other suggestions, I’m open to other ideas as well.

It will have to be a Nigerian cell-phone company..
or an unlocked phone..
other than that..he can’t get sign with a carrier from the U.S or Canada or any other place out of Nigeria.
MTN Nigeria has the cheapest long distance call rates.
Its by far Stacomms, which is #12 per min. I had both Stacomms and MTN and Stacomms was the cheapest, also if you call him from US its cheaper for you to call stacomms (which is a land line in the body of a cell phone) than MTN or any other one. Now he might want to use MTN within Nigeria (they have better network)
