My Mom lives in Toronto, Canada, but stays in Florida for 4 months every winter (typical retired snowbid), in an inexpensive RV park. They have WIFI available but it’s slow and expensive (dial-up speeds for $40 per month). It’s so slow that VOIP drops pretty frequently, and video is out of the question. Rogers Mobile internet is only available in Canada. Anyone have any better suggestions please?
