Is there any way to make cheap long distance call? How do I convert any mp4 or pc files to.daf files or to some files which can be read by my mobile phone?

    thats what we use at our house….no one is at home to need a home phone so we have cells…and internet with high speed that doesnt require a phone line….it works for us ….

    I have no home phone, just cell, and I have no complaints. You just have to charge your phone a lot more.

    Yeah. I dropped landbased and stayed on cell phone for 7 years now. Just make sure you measure your average minutes used and select the appropriate plan so you don’t get surprising bill at the end of the month.

    Also select the phones that allows you enough battery charges during the day. The new phones are capable of sustaining 3-4 hrs of talk time per charge which is more than enough for me.

    Could be good if you go with the right carrier and get the right plan. I did the same thing and made sure that my plan has over 1000 mins that start at 7pm this works out good for me b/c I work untill 6am.
