Hi everyone,
I’d like to know if you can make free calls from your internet connection (ADSL2+) to mobile and national phones.
If not, what is the cheapest option? I have heard VOIP is ok.
Can someone please help me?

well i havent heard of anything else than Skype its free but u need a microphone or webcam
