Mobile & VoIP

Starting this summer, I’m planning on backpacking around the US and then the world. I want to travel to at least five continents within the next five years.

I need help buying a new cell phone.

Here’s what I need:
Quad-Band GSM phone.
Support for VOIP applications such as Skype and Fring.
I need the phone to have Wi-Fi capabilities.
(Optional: It would be nice if it had a mobile web browser).

I don’t want anything else, I don’t care about a camera phone or MP3 player (but if they come on the phone, that’s okay).

Could someone with knowledge in this area help me out? I’ve been looking at some Nokia N-Series and E-Series phones, but they’re pretty pricey and have a lot of features I don’t need. Cheap is good, I don’t need lots of bells and whistles. (My ideal phone would be under $200). Thanks!
