   unless your phone was designed for VOIP it most likly wont work. not sure what a P70 runs on but if its a GSM or CDMA phone the data connection wont support a call.

   VOIP stands for Voice Over Internet Protocol, therefore your mobile phone MUST have a high speed Internet connection, EX= cable Internet, DSL, which is not possible on a mobile phone, and since you can’t connect it to a land-line, or a cable Internet modem, that will NOT be possible

   if you wanna use voip in your cell phone, then you must have a high speed internet connection. You can connect your cell phone to PC via data-cable or via bluetooth and then use voip on your PC (your cell phone will act as a modem in this case). but i am sure you didn’t mean that case. Then if your cell has wi-fi module you can try this: 1) make sure your cell phone has wi-fi 2) download a voip software for cell phones to your phone 3) find a wi-fi hotspot (this hotspot will provide a high speed internet connection to you) 4) connect your cell to this hotspot and make calls through voip
