   For software you can use fring although n82 would need account from voip provider for software you would need account from.

   There are several comapnies providig voip calls at very cheao rate. SOme of them are offering free phone calls also to several countries.So depnding on your country you muct have to selct the provider and software.For more details Ic an suggest you 2 website which gives latest free and cheap phone call information.
   Go through the site and select which software and vip is cheap for your country
