I want to get a cheap (if not free) voip plan with cheap rates and a free phone number (skype charges $8 a month for a phone number) as I am looking to start a business and want a phone number that is not the same as my home phone. I have a mobile, so I don’t DESPERATELY need the number but that would be great. Also, I would appreciate it if it was a softphone plan but I am prepared to buy a hard phone. Thanks alot.
