Get a USA VOIP account like Skype, Vonage etc. and then get a personal VPN like SurfBouncer that changes your IP address to a USA address. When you are on the VPN you can call as if your are in the USA unlimited with no long distance charges. If you do any serious amount of calling this is the way to go from India.
