1.)installs to a mobile phone
2.) uses winsock or server/client to connect to people in your list’s phone
3.) allows unlimited VOIP while talking to anyone
4.) connects via internet like aol instant messanger
5.)Does not acrew telephone service charge
6.) only requires you get the unlimited internet access plan from your mobile phone provider.

I would really like to get the cheapest cell phone plan and talk to those i know via this method.
