I am looking around for VoIP programs that can connect Israel and South Africa. There was a program called Global 1 Touch, that never manifested. It is a feature not yet common in Israel, nor in South Africa.. as I understand most of the VoIP companies are based in North America, and their free calling offers are to those clients there. Is this right?
We would like to find a possibility to talk free, or for a low base fee per month, from phone to phone, from mobile to mobile.
This is also for friendship but more so for a voluntary Media and Trauma healing project that we are designing with the Rural Women in SA, and we need connection! Thanks

There are several companies which offer VoIP services in Israel, including HOT, 012 Golden lines, Delta3 and others.
You could also use Skype out
Probably your best bet, though it using Broadvoice, with their unlimited worldwide plan
Other alternative is that both will have a US VoIP number through one of the companies that are out there and you will use that
