Mobile & VoIP

So I’m seriously considering using some sort of Voip service.
I already purchased the stuff from Tmobile yesterday however I just found out my number is not transferable… kind of an issue kind of not. Regardless, I am trying to compare these 2.

I’ve been with Tmobile for well over 4 years now, no problems. Always great blah blah blah. I have excellent internet connection/speeds/whatever it may be but I’m nervous cause they are “new” to the market and all that.

Vonage has been around for a lot longer and they continue to grow. They have a lot more features, though $15 more a month (not a problem at all), but I hear they have some of the worst customer care and service and that is a big issue for me.

So any of you experience anything with either, both??
