today the voip has become resonable and affordable, but unfortunately the ISP here in UAE has blocked the voip access. there are many VPN alternatives for PC to access blocked VOIP but for my Wifi enabled Nokia to access blocked voip there is not even a single VPN i could find after constantly googling for many days. i would be greatly obliged if anyone could suggest me a solution.

It depends which Nokia phone you use. But the link below is to the service I use. The phone service is free with the regular Personal VPN for your computer. I’ve used it for a couple of years with no issues. You’ll need the Symbian software for your phone to use it.
