I understand it is VOIP (which is fine) and the router has only one phone jack (which is fine also) but we have one of those phone systems in our house where you plug one phone into the jack – and all the other phones are “connected” (you only plug those into an electrical outlet. Would this phone system work with the T-Mobile plan? No one at T-Mobile seems to know

yea itll be fine. i use the same thing.
I use a Uniden two phone system where the main base is connected to the T-Mobile router and there are two handsets and the call can be picked up from either. So this will work. I have also used a splitter where I connect my t-mobile router to the “In” port of the splitter and the phone main base, Interactive TV and Fax Machine to the “out” ports on the splitter. This works too. My phone is also 2.4Ghz (which is not supposed to work) but that works as well. So have fun
