WHAT IS BEST /CHEAP VOIP PHONE DIALER (PC/MOBILE) TO CALL INDIA FROM DUBAI?

(4 out of 5)
Get Fring (http://www.fring.com) is good and free.
Use Startec. No need for softwares, just add their access number to your speed dial, and call it for making international calls. It will call through their serve, nothing to do with yer service provider. They will charge you online from your debit/credit card based on the destination you call. You can click for rates on their website. I use it, and I don’t even have a smartphone.
With computer though, I use Rynga.com and VoipZoom.com PC to PHONE calls. It gives a ton of destinations free, once you recharge the account with 10 euros ($14). For PC to PC, anything works – Yahoo, Google, MSN, Skype, etc. are all free.
James, I’m saving up my allowance so I can get a Nokia N78 next month.
