Unfortunately they all suck. I had Telmex (the dominant quasi-monopoly). I cancelled it 3 months ago (but they keep sending me bills). I have now triple-play Cablebision (tv, phone, internet) and it is a nightmare. Tivo never worked, I still do not know what my phone number is and the wifi only works if you stand by the antenna. Connection speed is only good in the low traffic hours. I heard bad stories from all the providers. If I were you, I would stick to the monopoly and suffer in peace, at least they are more predictable…
