Is there a number I can dial for cheap international calls from UK?

Vottle in South Africa have a number you can dial internationally, which costs the same as a local mobile call. Is there one in the UK that you can dial Internationally on a similar basis.

What is the best company for international conference calls?

I work for a not-for-profit organization. We have offices in Shanghai, Mexico, Canada and South Africa. We have a conference call with all offices around once a month. As you can imagine, it gets very expensive. We have been using Bell Canada. My managers are wary of VOIP as they have not had good luck with things like Skype/etc. So has anyone used any traditional conference calling companies other than Bell? Any that are great (ie. good international rates) or any to avoid? Thanks!

Is there a VoIP that can call south african mobiles for free, if not what can?

I have a friend in south africa, i live in New Zealand. Is there anyway possible to call his mobile phone as he doesn’t have internet on his computer. ANY WAY AT ALL???!???
