How can I make VOIP calls on my T-Mobile Shadow using Wi-Fi?

I am wondering how can I make VOIP calls (through Skype, or VoipDiscount, for instance) on my T-Mobile Shadow II. I don’t have a data plan so I just use my home wi-fi (for free, I assume).

I have a question about WIFI on cell phones.

Say for instance i have an unlocked nokia N81 phone which has built in WIFI, and i have a prepaid phone service, so its basically pay as i use and i recharge again(no contract). Since my phone has the ability to connect to the internet thru any public Hotpspot, would i need a data plan? Or will i be able to connect and use the surf the internet without my mobile service provider charging me?

What about if i had a contract fone, but didn’t have a data plan? If i used a voip service on my fone that wud use a WIFI connection, would my actual plan minutes get used up?

I understand i’d have to pay for the voip service, but would making calls affect my minutes on my fone?

my connection look like this:

DSL->modem->router 1->router 2->Switch->20 pc’s

note:

modem-from ISP
router1-motorolla vt2142
router2-linksys wrtu54g from T-Mobile
Switch-D-link DES 1016 2pcs

any body can advise about this connection or help me about other connection set up

both router has nice features…in router 1 i notice that its fast loading a youtube vedio and other youtube like application,…router 2 is nice too coz it has wireless access point and T-movile VoIP and hotspot@home WiFi but slow loading in youtube vedio compare to router 1…

i know how to configure a invidual router connected to it but i dont know how to configure both router connected each other.

this is an internet cafe set up coz most are youtube user

which router i used to disabled DHCP server?
