I have a t-mobile phone that i deactivated service. I dont want to buy a new phone. Can my old phone be flashed to work on the metro pcs network? It has a Sim card on the back of the phone. Thanks any help would be great.

They should be able to flash it. Just take it down to your local Metro PCS and they will do it. I think it cost about $30-$40 dollars.
