you can probably call your phone company and tell them your problem and they would probably fix it right away.
you probably cracked your screen.. and you’re going to have to get that fixed

i heard that with iphone when you drop or press to hard on the screen that you kill the sensitivity on the screen, nothing to do to fix that other than buying a new phone..
