She a bit pyscho, like a stalker. Can the telecom company do any like preventing her from calling my lines. Need help? What should I do?

What type of mobile you use? If its a 3G you download mobile application Blacklist that automatically rejects calls from unwanted persons.

in my opinion I would just pick up the phone and yell STOP CALLING ME YOU PSYCHO!.
or to give her a hint you could answer the phone but don’t say anything and just hang up.
but yes, if you call your phone company and tell them you want to block this number from calling you, you can do that.
if i were u i would call your cell phone company and have her number blocked cause they can do that, and the same for ure home phone. if she is following u around, then i would contact the police and have a restraining order put against her cuz no one should follow or stalk ANYONE cuz its freakin wierd and wrong
